The Emirate of Dubai is the second largest of the seven United Arab Emirates but has the biggest

population at over 2.1 million inhabitants. The emirate of Dubai shares borders with Abu Dhabi in

the south, Sharjah in the northeast, and the Sultanate of Oman in the southeast. Dubai is a city of 

skyscrapers, ports, and beaches, where big business takes place alongside sun-seeking tourism.
