TRAVEL NOTES

AUTOMATIC PAYMENT PLAN:

As a courtesy to our travelers,  automatic monthly payments are available at no charge. Enrolling in automatic payments will take the stress of having to remember to make a payment and knowing that all of you remaining trip payments will be automatically processed. At the time of booking, your payments will be calculated, and the balance will be evenly distributed into the automatic monthly payment plan. You will receive a courtesy reminder in advance that your monthly payment will be processed. All initial deposits are due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Your remaining balance will be processed according to your set payment schedule.

FYI:

  • A passport is required and must be valid for six months and must not expire before September  1, 2021. 

  • Price provided is based on current rate of exchange at the time quote. The Bold and Classy Travel and Events reserves the right to increase price as necessary if the US dollar devalues. The increase resulting from currency devaluation will be reflected on your final invoice.

  • Flight arrangements and airport transfers are your responsibility if you selected the LAND ONLY PACKAGE.  Keep in mind that this is an 18-22 hour flight. It is imperative that you pay attention to details when making your arrangements. so that you arrive by March 14th.

  • A credit card will be required at check-in to cover room incidentals.

  • 30 days prior to departure, you will receive a complete flight schedule and daily trip itinerary.
