Thank you for your business with the Bold & Classy, LLC, a California Limited Liability Corporation. All terms and conditions detailed below applies to all products and services offered by our company. By making a purchase, you are bound by all terms established in this agreement.

TRAVEL AGENT: The Bold & Classy, LLC acts as a travel agent only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport and accommodation service providers, including, but not limited to airlines, coach, rail, cruise line operators and hotels. The Bold & Classy does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers of services and is not liable for their acts or omissions. The Bold & Classy’s obligations to you are to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard. A request cannot be guaranteed. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by these travel service providers. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider not The Bold & Classy. Conditions can change rapidly in a country at any time. It is your responsibility to check the USA Government Travel advisories for your intended destination at https://travel.state.gov/content/travel.html.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS: Prices are subject to increase prior to the time you make full payment. Prices are not subject to increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes or fees. By booking your travel or event registration, you acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions (i.e., increases before full payment and increases attributable to government-imposed taxes or fees after full payment will be your responsibility) applicable to your purchase.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: All initial deposits are due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Final payment is required 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise stated. Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking. A penalty fee of $100 will be applied to your account after 3 business days if payment is not received by the due date.  If payment is not made within 7 business days of final due date, The Bold & Classy reserves the right to cancel your trip.  Our merchant account is with Stripe. This will allow our travelers to make payments on our website using the following debit or credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal).

PAYMENT PLAN REQUIREMENT: As a courtesy to our travelers, you have the option to sign up for automatic monthly payments at no charge. Enrolling in automatic payments will take the stress of having to remember to make a payment and knowing that all of you remaining trip payments will be automatically processed. At the time of booking, your payments will be calculated, and the balance will be evenly distributed into the automatic monthly payment plan. You will receive a courtesy reminder in advance that your monthly payment will be processed. Your remaining balance will be processed according to your set payment schedule. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment is successful by keeping your information is current and credit card on file up to date. If your payment is declined, we will attempt 2 consecutive days.  After a 3rd failed attempt you charged an interest fee.

MISSED PAYMENTS:  Once you miss two monthly payments your trip is subject to cancellation.  Once your trip is cancelled you will be notified via your email. You may reinstate your trip within 7 calendar days of cancellation by paying the full amount past due.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION: We DO NOT provide refunds nor can money be transferred. This is because The Bold & Classy has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.  We highly encourage that each client purchase travel insurance to protect your investment.

You will have a 24-hour grace period from the time of booking to request a cancellation and receive a full refund. After the 24-hour grace period has ended, your travel deposits or payments are non-refundable and cancelled bookings will incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Where we incur any liability for a cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for that fee or charge. In the rare event that it becomes necessary to cancel the trip for reasons beyond our control, such as terrorism, strikes, acts of governments, weather, etc. we will reschedule the trip. If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will offer refunds in a queue based on the booking date as we fill your spot, but we cannot guarantee a refund. Your travel insurance should cover these circumstances should they occur.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: If for any reason, any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your remedy lies against the provider, and not against The Bold & Classy and if payment has been made to The Bold & Classy by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to chargeback your payment to The Bold & Classy. If the credit card is passed through to the travel services provider and you seek to chargeback your payment from the provider, you agree to be held liable and indemnify The Bold & Classy against this chargeback from the provider, including without limitation any air debit memos charged to our company. If The Bold & Classy incurs any costs, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees to recover any payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree that you will be liable for these costs. If the credit card is declined, you guarantee that you will settle any amounts owing to The Bold & Classy via money order or cash immediately.
